In case you missed it, yesterday I had the pleasure of being on Pat Sloan’s radio show again! It’s always so nice to have a little chat with Pat. This time I focused on Camp and Glamp Stitchalot. We talked about what a retreat is like and a few questions that folks had asked on her Facebook page. It’s about 12 minutes long so make sure you pop over to Pat’s site and take a listen. This year we are going to have two Camp Stitchalot events. Of course I’m always trying to make our events better after getting feedback from attendees. So, there are going to be a few changes this year! And I know they will be for the better. Here is a short breakdown about our events! Camp Stitchalot June 2-3, 2017Ann Arbor, MI – $375 This Camp will be a totally new format for us! First of all, I’m really excited to have a bag making..
Are you finishing up your stars and 4 patches for the Stargyle quilt? I worked on mine last night. Having Quilt Market and a Glamp Stitchalot a few weeks apart really kept me from my sewing room! Don’t get me wrong, I love my job but I also love to sew and quilt. And sometimes I just don’t get enough time in the sewing room. A few weeks ago I chatted with Sandi from the Crafty Planner about the industry and a little about Sew Pro. I felt like I could have chatted with her for hours! It was a lot of fun, Sandi is really easy to talk to. Give a listen to my episode when you get the chance! I will be on Pat Sloan’s radio show next Monday too (November 21, 2016!). You can listen live!
Hi everyone! Check it out! I’m on the Modern Sewciety podcast! I was lucky enough to meet Stephanie at Quilt Market last year and we got to talking about everything I have going on. I apparently talk a lot because I’m the only one on this episode! So you can hop over to her blog and hear me talk for an hour about me, my fabric line Pie Making Day, Pink Castle Fabrics, Sew Pro, and Camp Stitchlaotand just quilting in general. This is the first time that I’ve really talked about Sew Pro. I will have a post soon with a lot more details but I spill the beans about this new venture that Sara from Sew Sweetness and I are putting together. Anyway, go over and listen to me chat with Stephanie! Let me know what you think! Brenda
